Date to Marry is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. All users are required to complete government-issued identity verification confirming they are at least 18 before accessing the Service.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and terminate the associated account.

We send push notifications to your device for match updates, message notifications, and in-app reminders via OneSignal. You can manage push notification preferences in your device settings at any time.

We send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, password reset, match notifications) to your registered email address. These are necessary for the Service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

We may send informational or promotional communications only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

Our mobile application does not use cookies. However, the App and our backend services collect usage and diagnostic data to monitor performance and improve the Service. This data is collected using first-party logging and analytics tools and is not shared with advertising networks.
